Windows XP News
If you believe all the hype, there
isn't a day that goes by without some great newsworthy item related
to Windows XP and how it's going to catapult us into the next phase
or age of computing. Frankly, I don't buy it. The majority of the
'news' that is out there is just fluff and filler churned out by
people that are paid to churn out, well -- fluff and filler. It's
what they do and they do it well. So what's my point?
I'm not a news writer and that isn't
the focus of this site. Instead of me wasting my time restating what
has already been chewed, digested or regurgitated, I suggest you
visit any of the major portals and look in their Tech News or
Technology sections for current XP news stories. If I see a story
that I feel is especially noteworthy or useful relating to Windows
XP I'll link to it below, but for the most part what I see are press
releases being rewritten as opinion rather than anything truly
newsworthy. Good luck.
