Description |
Enables starting processes under alternate credentials. If
this service is stopped, this type of logon access will be
unavailable. If this service is disabled, any services that
explicitly depend on it will fail to start. |

Real World Description |
When Microsoft says 'Alternate Credentials' they are talking
about the [Run As...] command which appears on the context
menu, allowing a Limited User to run an executable as a
higher level user. |
