Run Internet Explorer Full Screen
This tweak
forces Internet Explorer to open in full screen mode. That said,
I've left this tweak here because a number of people have asked for
it so they could remember how to uninstall it. While it does work
initially, if you change the view while browsing, the second part of
the tweak resets to "No" so that opening IE subsequently will
launch it in normal view. Rather than using this tweak, I suggest
using the F11 key which accomplishes the identical results.
